Universal Service and Access Fund (USAF) or the Fund Secretariat under the National Communication Authority which derives its powers from the National Communication Act, 2012.
The principal mandate of the Fund is to develop and deploy communication services to cover the entire population of South Sudan, to include, urban, rural and remote areas to ensure universal service and access.

June 08th, 2023 - The Republic of South Sudan (the Recipient) will implement the Eastern Africa Regional Digital Integration Project (the Project), with the involvement of the (MICT&PS), as set out in the Financing Agreement.
