Functions of the Board

Set the general policies, plans and programmes of the Fund;
Approval of the annual budget of the Fund;
Advocating for the Fund to expand its funding sources and promoting its important work;
Approve expenditures of the Fund within the established budgets;
Execute contracts and agreements with third parties; and
Approve the organizational structure of the Fund;
