Programme No. 1: People: Human Capital Development

This programme will consist of a number of projects focused on developing the human capital of the Fund Secretariat with respect to the staff training, skilling, continuous improvement of staff competencies required to effectively deliver on the Fund’s mandate while remaining abreast with the development in the ICT sector.

Programme No. 2: Process: Corporate Performance Management

This programme shall involve implementing a robust performance management system that would include continuous review and standardization of internal processes monitoring and evaluation framework, defining the metrics/ indicators which would be used to determine the efficiency of the Fund programmes, as well as assignments designed to improve the sustainability of the Fund projects. Under this programme, the Secretariat shall also develop operating plans on an annual basis to provide a detailed guide for its day-to-day activities as well as produce an annual report of its activities.
