To bridge the gap between the vision and the current situational analysis, three (3) strategic goals were identified as the cornerstone of the planned programmes and projects. These include:
- Improved Institutional Decision Making;
- Universal Service and Access; and
- Institutional Development.
Further to developing the strategic goals, the strategic programmes and projects were developed to achieve the Fund’s mandate under the Ministry of ICT and Postal Services, over the period 2020 – 2024. These programmes and projects are outline below:
