Request Invoice Copy

To request a copy of your invoice, contact the USAF Secretariat via email with the following information included in the body of the email:

• Requestor’s name
• Company’s name
• Filer ID
• Date of statement

If your name is not listed on the current Service providers List  or current invoice, Please register your company/organization via email

If you are listed on one of these forms, and you include the above information, you should receive a copy of your invoice via email within 24-48 hours of the time the request was received by USAF.
